FAQs

Our process scales content across channels while protecting brand, legal, and regulatory requirements.

What exactly is an “asset”?

An “asset” is any single repurposed content deliverable we create for you—ready to publish or promote. Typical examples include:

  • A 30- to 90-second thought-leadership video cut from an existing article or webinar.
  • A branded event-highlight reel trimmed from longer conference footage.
  • A product demo clip showcasing features in a social-friendly format.
  • An infographic visualizing one key data point from your reports.
How do you handle compliance and approvals?

Repurposing is compliance by design: we reimagine what’s already approved inside your governance—no new claims, no surprises. We’ve shipped in-house across pharma, insurance, and finance, so we understand long review cycles, market-by-market product rules, language restrictions, and country-specific sensitivities. We fit into matrixed orgs and keep things right-first-time.

Process we follow

  • Approved sources only. Every asset traces to a signed-off source-of-truth so wording and claims stay in-bounds.
  • Pre-approved visual system. Templates/styles are signed off early; that consistency speeds reviews and builds brand familiarity.
  • Regional reality. We plan for market differences—product availability, legal/language limits, and local sensitivities—using controlled variants, not one-size-fits-all.
  • Streamlined reviews. One consolidated round in your tools; minimal stakeholder time, clear versioning/audit trail.
  • Beyond execution. We help pressure-test the workflow (checklists, handoff conventions, naming/version rules) so approvals get easier over time—without changing your governance.
What timeline should we expect?

Short answer: we move as fast as your approvals allow. Here’s practical guidance:

  • New engagement (no templates yet): plan ~1 month to set up the visual system and ship the first batch. (e.g., ~20 light awareness pieces—quotes/data from approved sources).
  • After setup (templates approved): batches move faster. (e.g., a mixed set of ~15 pieces—light + medium, with the occasional heavier demo/explainer—typically ~2 weeks).

Actual timing varies with asset mix (light vs. heavy), review bandwidth, and priorities. If a date is firm, we can adjust scope (more light pieces, fewer heavy lifts) or add additional resources to meet it.

Do you create new content or only reimagine approved work?

Our core service is reimagining approved content. We don’t offer new content by default—and that comes from in-house experience in regulated industries.

  • Regulated reality. Meaningful net-new often needs 3–12 months of reviews (sometimes longer). Reimagining keeps us inside approved claims, so we can ship now without reopening compliance.
  • SME access. Net-new lives or dies on access to subject-matter experts. In-house teams can grab ad-hoc time; agencies typically can’t. Our model minimizes SME time and still delivers.
  • Impact & ROI. To your audience, a well-reimagined asset is new. Performance is usually comparable to net-new, and repeating core messages across multiple formats increases reach and recall. Plus, you’re protecting prior investment by unlocking what you’ve already paid to create and approve.

When we’ll consider creating new content: after we’ve worked together for a while, templates and guardrails are in place, and there’s a clear SME contact for timely input. We’ve done it—just not as the starting point.

How do credits work?

Credits make planning clear—dial up complex product content or run a lot of fast-turn pieces. Your call.

1 credit — Light

  • Thought-leadership quote video ≤45s
  • Stat/quote graphic
  • Captioned clip ≤30s
  • Thumbnail / key visual

3 credits — Medium

  • Event highlight 45–90s (from supplied footage)
  • Animated stat / infographic ≤15s
  • Product micro-demo ≤30s with overlays
  • Carousel 6–10 slides

9 credits — Heavy

  • Demo → Product explainer/ad (45–90s)
    (storyboard, motion comps, polish)

This is a guide, not a limit. If you need more of one format or a special request, we’ll plan around it.

What do you need from us to get started?
  • Approved sources. Links/files to signed-off content—e.g., your blog library, webinars/conference talks, YouTube/Vimeo, whitepapers/case studies, product pages, existing decks. SharePoint/DAM links are fine.
  • Brand system. Guidelines, logo/asset files, and any mandatory disclaimers/footers.
  • Kickoff guardrails (conversation). We capture the 5–6 non-negotiables (claims to avoid, regional/legal limits, sensitive topics) and turn them into a simple living approval guardrails doc we follow.
  • Point of contact. One sponsor to route questions/approvals; we keep asks minimal and async.
  • Access/permissions. Viewer/uploader access in your existing tools (no new tools required).

That’s enough for us to start templating and ship the first pilot assets.

Can I see examples of your work?
What’s the ideal partnership duration?

Our model is built around a true partnership—typically 4–6 minimum—because the first couple of months are all about heavy setup and onboarding:

Months 1–2 (Setup & Onboarding)
We lock down your branded visual templates and compliance-approved styles. We dive deep into your product, platform, and review processes so I can work autonomously.

Month 3+ (Mature Production)
Once templates are solid and we're fully up to speed, you get consistent, high-quality assets (e.g. 20 per month) with minimal feedback loops. This is when the real ROI kicks in—faster turnarounds, tighter edits, and proven content that drives results.

Shorter terms?
We can do a one-month “trial,” but because setup is front-loaded, that month is charged at a premium rate to cover the extra work. After your initial period, you’re free to adjust asset counts or cadence, or transition to a rolling monthly plan—no re-onboarding required.

Which formats do you produce?

Short video (thought-leadership clips, event highlights, micro-demos), graphics (infographics, carousels, quote cards).

Do you help with distribution or just production?

Production only. We create channel-ready assets (correct sizes/aspect ratios, captions/subtitles, thumbnails, copy snippets if needed) and hand them off to your team. We don’t post, schedule, manage channels, run paid, or own tracking/analytics. On request, we’ll share best-practice guidance (e.g., UTM conventions, posting checklists) so your teams can publish confidently.

This keeps approvals, access, and risk inside your governance—and gives sales and marketing ready-to-use assets without adding operational overhead.

How do revisions work?

One structured review round per deliverable. We share videos in Frame.io (or your approved tool) so you can leave time-coded comments and on-frame markups; for graphics we provide annotated PDFs or web previews. Please send consolidated feedback in that round; if more changes are needed, we’ll align on scope/impact before proceeding. We roll learnings into templates and naming/version rules so similar assets don’t repeat edits.

Our goal is to become largely autonomous. Once templates and guardrails are aligned, revisions should be the exception, not the norm—so you can focus on higher-priority work while we keep the cadence moving.

What about data security and AI tool usage?
  • Confidentiality. We work under NDA/MSA and follow your security requirements.
  • Storage & access. Approved content stays in your sanctioned locations with limited access and clear versioning.
  • AI usage. Used only where permitted. We do not input client-confidential data into public AI models. For non-confidential, approved sources (e.g., published blogs, videos), AI can accelerate editing/QA.
  • No IT lift or need to raise PO. If preferred, we run AI entirely on our side, so there’s no new tool rollout or team training required. If your policy restricts AI, we simply switch it off.
